1. Motion and second to approve pending membership. Motion carried.
2. Awards Banquet
   • Championship jackets are done.
   • Championship shirts are on the way.
   • Set up will take place Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
   • Banquet format was reviewed.

The next Executive Board meeting will be scheduled after the elections.
