Minutes: The January 28, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and accepted as written with motion and second. All in favor. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. No bills to approve/pending.
- There are 53 outstanding checks totalling $5739.
- Heavy Hitch deposit check was cashed.
Old Business:
- Track Equipment
- Some fence panels need maintenance.
- Heavy Hitch to be transported for the Club in exchange for two pit stalls.
- Raffle Car
- Raffle permit completed and reviewed. Submit to Amanda.
- 125 tickets at $50/piece.
- 2025 Schedule
- Car Show (April 5-6, 2025)
- Special guest appearances in the works.
- Booth Spots Requested were reviewed.
- NOSA Winged Sprints (May 4, 2025)
- May have a special guest at event.
- WOO Late Models (June 29, 2025)
- Mayor Tom Ross will be at this show
- Submitted a proof for physical tickets. Time Trials start at 6pm. Need to be numbered. Show starts at 6pm that night with Time Trials.
- Offer a perk to 2025 Sponsors as a premier location to purchase tickets before the Car Show.
- INEX Legends Winter Nationals (Oct 9-11, 2025)

- Sign board pricing will increase to $700/year ($900 for initial sign board – it costs $200 to make them).

- Continue to pursue ticket sales on MRP.

- Need to find Articles of Incorporation to submit.
- Discussion occurred about concerns with loan requirements, specifically with collateral.
New Business:
- Brekken Bachmeier Benefit – motion and second to donate two Grandstand Passes to his family to use at Silent Auction benefit on February 23.
- 1099s sent to drivers are nearly illegible.

- Traffic control on the 4th of July and WOO Late Model night.
- Proclamation to kick off the race season. Events can be shared on the City’s social media. Flyers have been shared with Visit Minot.
- City noise ordinance updated at City Council last night – Tom Ross indicated we do not need to worry about it.
- Kelly Bertsch submitted his letter of resignation as Treasurer from the Nodak Race Club and left before meeting adjourned.
- Motion and second to accept resignation. All in favor. Motion carried.
- By-laws were referenced for correct process of replacing vacancy created by resignation. Motion and second to appoint Kelly Duchsherer as interim Treasurer to replace Kelly Bertsch. All in favor. Motion carried.
- Bid for dirt work during NDSF given to Taylor Picard for 2025.
Next Meeting: The next board meeting will be on February 18, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Clarion.
