The May 7, 2024 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and second to approve/pay the bills. Motion carried.

Business to Discuss 

1. Jeff Barta will be POC for the cultivator and repairs.
2. There were some dust issues on Sunday and will be addressed.
3. Reminder that drivers are to stay in the designated hot pits area when pulling in.
4. Photographers need to sign a media release going forward. There are four photographers of record. They also need to wear reflective vests.
5. Points sheets will reflect slingshots starting July 4th. Sheets will be available weekly.

Next Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.
