The May 14, 2024 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and second to approve/pay the bills. Motion carried.

Business to Discuss 

1. Crowds were light due to weather conditions and sport compacts having a night off.
2. Pit party is scheduled for Sunday, May 26th after the races.
3. The north doors are consistently blocked open so we will have to monitor this to make sure it does not continue to be a problem.

Next Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.
