Minutes: The May 27, 2025 meeting minutes were presented and motioned with second to accept as written. All in favor. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion with second to approve/pay the bills. All in favor. Motion carried.
Race Weekend Recap:
- Nothing specific discussed.
Old Business:
- Track Equipment
- Discussion occurred on whether to sell older, smaller pieces of equipment to get a bigger tractor. We may be able to purchase equipment from other North Dakota tracks at the end of this season. We will consider selling the CASE tractor at the Equipment Auction on June 28th.
- Big Wheels needs work on the switch.
- 2025 Sponsorships: Spreadsheet updated with checks received, proposals delivered, and other businesses who showed interest.
- Need to contact sponsors, including signboards, who haven’t paid their sponsorship.
- WOO Late Models (June 29, 2025)
- WOO Race Director will be Race Director for Modifieds too.
- Volunteers were discussed, including additional volunteers already slated for that night’s event.
- All ticket windows will be open. Both ends of the grandstands doors open for admittance. Kelly Duchsherer is responsible for grandstand.
- Robby and Wayne in charge of pits/pits stewards. Rick to float. Scott to police the back fence.
- Pit trailer opens at 12:00pm. Ticket windows open at 2:00pm. Grandstands open at 4:00pm.
- IMCA Modifieds will be sanctioned. Straight up start (no redraw).
- Ribbon cutting is set to occur at 6:00-6:15pm. All Board of Directors should be available for the ribbon cutting photo.
- Sell ticket bundles to businesses at a discount. Minimum of 20 for a $5/discount each.
- Pit Feed: 2-4pm. Must have pit pass or grandstand ticket to enter Pit Feed. Location for feed is in tech area.
- Holly to post on social media every day something related to WOO event. Holly to make a graphic of order of events for that day.
- INEX Legends Winter Nationals (Oct 9-11, 2025) & NOSA Winged Sprints

- Pass The Helmet for Tim Goodwin & Family occurred on 6/1/2025
- The Board voted unanimously via text on 6/8/2025 to cancel the Tougher Than Dirt Tour final race night due to weather, and with Brandon Beeter’s input.
- Track Official shirts received.
New Business:
- Pallet of bottled waters is in the Nodak building for us to have available to volunteers
- LS Enterprises – Advertising on Marketplace Foods receipts. Try to negotiate lower cost to test this form of advertising.
- Approx. 235 memberships sold through 6/1/2025. 2 cards voided, skipped #207-209, have 10 remaining from #240-250.
- DCMT Tour shirts need to be ordered soon. Nodak will order 100.
Next Meeting: The next board meeting will tentatively be on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 7:00pm at the track.
