7pm Call the meeting to order

3 members absent, no guests

Motion to Approve the Minutes from the last 2 meeting.

Discussed attendance or lack thereof.  Looked over the estimated P & L

Trophy’s figured out for this weekend.  Brandon is providing hobby and sportMod trophies

We will hand out Stock Car championship trophies this Sunday. 

Discussed track conditions.  Several complaints about rocks and hard chunks of dirt.  People sent pictures of helmets and bruises.  Drivers said they won’t come back to a track like that.
