Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. A motion was made, and second to approve pending bills. Motion carried.

Old Business

Hudson Hooker’s suspension has ended and he is now on probation for the remainder of the race season.

Discussion was held for changing the format for Hobby Stock qualifying on the July 4th race. Format would be a time trial/King of the Hill feature with top qualifiers earning additional money. This format was used on the Topless night and it went over well. Motion made and second to run this format with double purse and a $20 entry fee. Motion carried.

Kids Day sponsored by Nodak Racing will be held Saturday, June 18th at High Air Ground from 11:00-3:00.

Catwalk needs to be completed prior to the State Fair.

New Business

Billy Gunderson Family would like to donate items to give away during intermission at the July 4th race.

Motion made and second to admit kids under the age of 13 free of charge for the July 4th race. Motion carried.

Mod Tour National Anthem singer.

Jeff suggested that we use the Air Base Honor Guard and the singer will be also be from the Air Force.

Designated areas will be mapped out for the hot pits.

VFW did a 50/50 and raised $329. 

Next Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion Hotel.
