April 15th , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Four guests were in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
April 8th , 2019 meeting’s minutes were approved.
Mall show is confirmed for Wednesday April 17th through the 20th . Cars should be there at 8am on April 17th .
Kids Day is confirmed for Saturday April 2th at High Air Ground.
Pit stall payments were due today.
The extra jerseys that were ordered are in.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:11pm.
The next meeting will be Monday April 22nd at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.

April 8th , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
One guest was in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
April 1 st , 2019 meeting minutes were approved.
Mall show is confirmed for Wednesday April 17th through the 20th. Cars should be there at 8am on April 17th.
Kids Day is confirmed for Saturday April 27th at High Air Ground.
Cars have been placed a (2) Marketplace locations.
Pit stall payments are due April 15th before 7pm.
Volunteer meeting is tentatively Sunday the 14th at Magic City Hoagies.
We are still in need of a blade operator.
Nodak Speedway will be doing an hour-long Facebook Live show next Wednesday the 17th at 1pm with GoodTalk Minot.

April 1 st , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.
One guest was in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
A motion was made to approve the March 25th , 2019 meeting minutes. It was approved. Nodak’s Tauros Hockey Night last Saturday, March 30 th and was considered a sell-out (in ticket sales) with a great turnout.
Volunteer Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Sunday April 14 th at Magic City Hoagies. Kid’s Day is scheduled for April 27 th at High Air Ground from 12 to 4pm.
We discussed having drivers display their cars at multiple Marketplace locations.
Mall Show is scheduled for April 17 th at 8am [we bring in the cars] to April 20 th at 7pm [we take them out].
Pit Stall payments are due April 15 th .
Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

March 11 th , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
One board member was not in attendance, all others were present.
Three guests were in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Motion was made to approve the March 4 th , 2019 meeting minutes. It was approved.
The volunteer meeting is being planned.
The details of Kid’s Day are still being discussed.
No bills were presented.

March 4 th , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
One guest was in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Motion was made to approve the February 25 th , 2019 meeting minutes. It was approved.

Race Day Help
We discussed what positions were needed for the 2019 season and a Facebook post was made.

Kids Day
We will be having Kids Day at High Air Ground. Date to be determined, assuming late April.

Schedule
A motion was made to remove the Enduro race from the Motor Magic schedule and replace it
with an AllStar Race. All track champs and feature winners will qualify for this race. This will be
an IMCA sanctioned race. There will be one heat race, and one qualifier. Heats will not be raced
the same as the qualifiers. $1,000 to win, winner takes all.
The Sport Mod Dash for Cash event was moved to July 4 th .

Dine to Donate
The Dine to Donate event will be held Tuesday March 12 th and Paradiso.

Bills were presented and paid.

February 25th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
One member was not in attendance, all others were present.
One guest was in attendance.
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Motion was made to approve the February 11th, 2019 meeting minutes. It was approved. Partnerships were thoroughly discussed; all class sponsorships have been filled.
We discussed having Kids Night in June. Or possibly having one outside of race season. A motion was made for Rick Rogers (Mondak Portables) to receive 100 flex tickets for the season for port-a-potty rentals. It was approved. There was discussion of having the Volunteer Meeting at the end of June. The date and time was not set.
Pit stall due dates were announced on Facebook. A letter will be sent out as well.
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 9:02pm.
