The August 29, 2023 minutes were presented and accepted as written by motion .

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s Report was presented for discussion and review. Motion and uberHubersecond to pay the bills. Motion carried.

Old/New Business

Motor Magic weekend was reviewed.
Windows were left down on the equipment. Water to the hydrant was left on. There was also quite a bit of garbage left on the infield.
Awards Banquet
- Homesteaders has been confirmed to cater the banquet.
- Class awards were reviewed and voted on.
- Championship shirts have been ordered.
- Hall of Fame members only, board members plus one and volunteers do not pay to attend the banquet. Paid employees and all others pay $30/person. This includes any guests that attend with an HOF member. Kids 12 and under are $15.
- Items for silent auction and live auction are being collected.
Pit signs, pit trailer and souvenir trailer need to be put away. All track prep equipment needs to be winterized and put away.

Next Meeting

The next Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Clarion.
