Meeting Minutes

All board members were present.
Two guests were in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the previous board meeting on July 7th. The motion was seconded, and the minutes were approved.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid by the board.
A motion was made to start paying the paid track assistants. This motion did not pass.
Another motion was made to start paying the paid track individuals as well as pay them back-pay for the previous nights worked. This motion was seconded and was approved by the board.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board. The meeting adjourned at 8:19pm.
The next meeting will be held Tuesday July 28th, 2020 at the Sleep Inn at 7:00pm.

All but one board member was in attendance along with 3 guests.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
The minutes from the previous board meeting on June 30th, 2020 were approved by the board.
The bills that were presented to the board during the financial report were approved to be paid by the board.
The previous race night was discussed.
The upcoming race night for the Dakota Classic Modified Tour was discussed.
A motion was made for a $50 hard charger award be added to each class on race nights starting Sunday July 19th, 2020. One board member opposed the motion, but it was approved by the board.
The meeting adjourned at 8:42pm.
The next board meeting will be held Tuesday July 14th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 23rd, 2020 board meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid by the board.
The upcoming 4th of July race night was discussed.
The previous race night was discussed as well. It was voted on with one opposition that no probations/suspensions be put on any drivers or individuals that may have been involved in altercations in the pits or on the track in the duration of race night.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:37pm. It was seconded and approved by the board.
The next meeting will be held Tuesday July 7th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 16th, 2020 meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.

A motion was made to allow Ron Huettl to handle the entire process of the fence installation required by insurance in front of the catwalk. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.

A motion was made for an additional iPad be purchased for the Souvenir Trailer. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.

Personal vehicles should not be in the pits on race nights.

The previous race night was discussed.

A motion was made at 9:06pm to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday, July 30th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 9 th , 2020 board meeting. It was seconded and approved by the board.
Financials were discussed and a motion was made to pay the bills presented. This motion was seconded and approved by the board.
The previous race night was discussed.
A quote was presented to the board for (5) iPads to be purchased for use at the pit gate & grandstand ticket booth. A motion was made to approve the purchase. This motion was seconded and approved by the board.
Nodak Speedway is in need of a all-time ticket booth / ticket taking supervisor as well as a flag person and/or assistant flag person for race nights.
Wingless sprints will be present on the upcoming race night.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded and approved by the board. The meeting adjourned at 8:56pm.
Unless stated otherwise, the next board meeting will be held Tuesday June 23rd, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

Between telephone conference and in-person, all board members were present.
There were (3) guests in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the June 2nd, 2020 board meeting. The motion was seconded and was approved by the board.
The Hall of Fame nominee/inductee voting was discussed. A motion was made for each voting member receive (3) votes. It was seconded and the motion passed the board of directors.
The bills were presented to the board and approved to be paid.
The previous race night was discussed.
The Nodak Speedway has been added to the Dakota Classic Mod Tour for Sunday, July 12th .
This Sunday, there will be Power Wheel Races.
Next Sunday, there will be Wingless Sprints.
A motion was made to adjourn, it was seconded and approved. The meeting was adjourned at 9:08pm.
Space permitting, the next meeting will be held at the Sleep Inn on Tuesday June 16th, 2020 at 7:00pm.
