Meeting Minutes

All but one board member was in attendance.
Four guests were in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
The minute from the January 6th, 2020 meeting were approved by the board.
The upcoming car show was discussed. The swap meet will occur again.
Raffle tickets are available for sale and the winner will be drawn at the car show.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
The next meeting will be held Monday January 27th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
All board members were present, and no guests were in attendance.
The minutes from the December 16th, 2019 board meeting were approved by the board.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid by the board.
Raffle tickets are available for purchase and the drawing is to be held after the car show.
A motion was made to change the cost/ages of pit admission to the following
Ages 5 and under are free. Ages 6-12 will be $5. Ages 13 and above will be regular adult prices.
The motion carried with 5 for and 1 opposing.
A motion was made to change the cost/ages of grandstand admission to the following
Ages 5 and under are free. Ages 6-12 will be $10. Ages 13 and above will be regular adult prices.
The motion was approved by the board.
Memberships will be available for purchase at the car show.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:02pm and it was approved.
The next meeting will be held January 20th, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Sleep Inn.

More planning for the October 19th, 2019 awards banquet occurred.
A motion was made to pay bills, it was seconded and approved.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:28pm. The motion was seconded and
approved.

July 2nd , 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn
All board members were present.
Four guests were in attendance.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the meeting on June 25th, 2019, it was
approved.
There will be a Power Wheels race at intermission on July 4th, 2019.
The next jersey auction will be held during intermission on July 4th, 2019.
Bills were presented and approved to be paid.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:00pm.
The next meeting will be Tuesday July 9 th, 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.

Meeting Minutes

May 28th, 2019 Board Meeting Sleep Inn

All board members were present.

Five guests were in attendance.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

The Pass the Helmet will be held during the intermission of this Sunday’s races.

The Power Wheels Kid’s Race will be held during the intermission of this Sunday’s races as well.

Bills were presented and approved to be paid.

We discussed the All Star race and Motor Magic Weekend.

A motion was made to approve the purse for the above, it was approved.

A motion was made and the meeting status was changed to executive.

A motion was made to change the pit entry ( for nondrivers) to $15 for June 16th. One opposed. It was approved.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:32pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday June 4th , 2019 at 7pm at the Sleep Inn.
